Improved Figma documentation organization by implementing clear frameworks, structured thumbnails and detailed ticket descriptions with annotation markers for a more efficient developer handoff process.
Defined and documented the target user for digitalpass by creating key UX artefacts, including information architecture, user personas and user flows, resulting in more focused sprint objectives.
